She didn't mean to kill her daughter, she just wanted to knock her out so she could party and overdosed her. When faced with that, she couldn't bring herself to admit what a horrible person she actually is. She still believes she is the victim in this case.

I would happily shield her with my body from anybody trying to harm her. No one has the right to harm her just because they think differently than the jury. Americans need to calm down and understand that the passage of any sort of "Caylee's Law" isn't going to bring the little girl back, and even then there's going to be no guarantee that the law will in any way, shape, or form prevent another child murder. It makes no sense to be angry now, any more than it helped to be angry after O.J.

@lilithworshipper I realize that the intent of Caylee's Law if to prevent a parent or legal guardian in the FUTURE from withholding information about their child's death or failing to report them missing after a certain amount of time. This will hold them responsible in the eye's of the American law for this neglect (which Casey clearly got away with). Anyone in their right mind realizes this will not bring a child back. It's ludicrous to argue against laws to protect children.
