Everquest II game play looks amazing. I feel sad, having never had the chance to play the game. I've played World of Warcraft, and it gets very repetitive. The one problem I have with Everquest is a the fact that it is owned by Sony Online Entertainment. I've played some other games run by them, and haven't particularly liked them. Mainly because of the price. The Station Cash make it feel somewhat like an East Aisian "Free" to play MMO, which always gets you to spend more than a subscription.

the game runs nice at my old PC and also at my new PC, dont know but there you have a Prob :D maybe some option have a problöem with youre card or driver, dont know

Tip with r_aa_blit doesnt work :( I didnt saw any difference.

damn, how the hell do you get it to run so smooth ? i have a high-end gaming PC and it stutters like hell, even on just "high" it seems a bit iffy !
But cool to see the beauty of the game here :)

The key for me is to run on Balanced, then disable shadows and flora and move "complex shader distance" to a low number like 15-25. I then use the "hack" to enable AA and AF which brings this game to a whole other level quality wise.
IIRC, this video was done on my old AMD xp3200\2 gig ram with an Nvidia 6800. My new Q9650\8 gig ram with an HD4870 runs the game at 50-60 fps out in the world but my settings are not much different than previously.
It does however look fantastic.

@jmetzleryo ahhhhhh I see where yer going at ! nice ! what is this "hack" then ey, forcing from the gpu ? :) thanks for the reply and yeah, it does look fantastic !

@Kissa3 To enable add this line "#r_aa_blit 1" to the eq2.ini file or type it in game.
You might also want to force the option in the video card control panel, having it override game settings.
