Kirkby Green Light Railway - Stuart Ravell launches his newly restored Corwen Pacific.
First - a tentative light engine circuit during which he stopped at a prearranged spot in front of the water-mill for the photographers - i.e. Neville Knight, Lawson Little, Laurence Hill and yours truly on video camera.
The new loco is an impressive engine. Were it not for the maroon livery, it would resemble an 'A1' and is just as impressive.

The two Atlantics ran also, with a further engine in the shed awating work. We also see the small-scale tram engine and an impressive Rio Grande diesel came out later, with double headed Atlantics too.

  • Respond to this video... Stuart gave us a slide show last night at the Lincoln branch.

Fond memories of the early days plus two new signal gantries and an American loco - TEXAS.
