It's as a turbo 2.3 OHC Ford. Jeeps were made by Ford in Brazil since 1970(when Ford got the Willys Overland os Brazil) to 1983, using 6 cil willys till 1976 and the Ford OHC 2.3 after that.

if its the original motor it should the AMC 318ci V8 very capable of handling a turbo with about 10 -12 psi

are you high thats an early WILLYS from the 1940s. they didnt have "4.0" in them for another 20 to 30 years. they came with every real jeep fan's motor the "hurricane" F4 four cyl motor. no it wasnt turboed or fuel injected or come with a 50,000 mile warranty... grow a brain
