@taker777 I went in a small town where 70% of the population are old retired folks so this acura dealership Beg me to buy it, they had it for 8mths looll I didnt even know how to drive a manual car at the time and they were like it's ok we'll give you free lesson and we'll drive the car to your garage. They wanted 26K the end up giving it for 20.5K and i had a free lesson to drive a manual car. What's was more funny after I signed, a desperate guy was looking to buy it for 26K cash for his son

@taker777 1 our of every 100 TL's produced has a standard transmission. i also have a 6 speed.

@kingstewierblx I'd like to see your car make it to 140k miles. That's the amazing thing about Honda I smash on my TL every day and still get close to 30 mpgs. I'm impressed with the tls performance and that's coming from an R1 rider. Good video

@Bsmith120 yeah it was change due to different sae standards but in reality its only 258 u can dyno a 04 and 08 base pretty sure they'll come out equivalent

Im looking at buying an 09 infiniti g37.. and to be real i would way rather have the 7 speed auto than the 6 speed manual. can u shift as fast as a computer? your point is valid, with some cars, manual is the better option, but it doesnt make you a man. i would bet my lucky dollar than many women could "out shift" you. good day sir

@XxDaWeixX That's true. The 04-05 base TL had 270hp. For some reason in 06 thru 08 it dropped to 258hp. Acura changed something in the motor, I forget what it was, but it dropped 12hp. Nothing major. I own an 05 a-spec & I've driven 07's & 8's & you can barely tell a difference.
