No - the video only discribes the installation process - the fine tuning finshes once you have the weakest satellite - after that if you have followed the procedure correctly selecting a satellite with the receiver will cause the dish to move to the correct position for that satellite

even I'm tired of it now - but the video was made 10+ years ago we spent some time, effort and money making it, and a friend was involved in the band that made the music, ho hum :), I hope you found it useful even with the "Annoying music"
