you can buy them whenever vu want there cheap and everywhare and you can buy. millions of dem are still online and in stores go for it i got myne resently it works perfectly and i got 16 gb memmory card with it all together it was 29.99$ cheap huh?

The makers of R4 were fined by Nintendo a few weeks ago in Australia. Funny thing is, they must have some garbage lawyers to be loseing to nintendo. They could argue that the flash carts were made for homebrew purposes and that they do not condone pirateing games. Whats next? Will they start sueing Memorex because their CDs can be used to pirate games as well??

thats horrible! but R4 could just say that they only encourage people to use them to put on games that they already had right? so i doubt they'll lose, but i dont no too much about laws
