  • First of all, I love everything about what you're doing here and on your website, myomytv.com. Where can i find your bench that you be using for the side to side hop move you do?

  • @TheEbonyGreathouse Hey, thanks. It's called the Reebok Deck, so you can search for it online. I got mine in Argos here in Belfast. :)

  • Hi. I love your kettlebell work outs. I started using kettlebells 6 months ago on an off and on basis just to see if I'm gonna like it. I sure did. Bought my first 40lb kettlebell. So far, I've been doing double arm swings, single arm swings. Upon viewing your videos, I tried alternating single arm swings and the squat. Wow!! What a work out. I need to buy a lighter weight kettlebell for the kettlebell snatch and press. Tell me, do you diet at all or just eat what you want? Lost weight already.

  • @u2b2b Hey, thanks for your comment, glad to hear about your progress :) I do not diet, but follow a "in moderation" approach to everything, including diet (excluding chocolate, with is always in excess haha).

  • how much should the kettlebells weigh as i am looking forward to buying some kettlebells to use in my back garden ???

  • @BabyBiigBum Hey, purple is 8kg, blue is 12kg. If you see a yellow, it's 16kg and I now used 20kg for swings. Happy Kettlebelling :D

  • @collinsboy21 Guess its better than nothing and depending which exercises you are doing but generally for average men the 20 - 35lb range is better.

  • @Kitty8Tim >>Wow..Impressive.

  • Gymboss timers rule!, though I have broken the clip failry easily.

  • Since I'm new to kettlebell workouts will a 10lb weight be fine?

  • Impressive! Great work.

  • Impressive! Great work.

  • @Kitty8Tim,,,Thanks for the quick reply. That's what I thought about the diet. Since you're burning 1000 calories per workout session, you can pretty much eat what you want. My girl-friend at work would like to try these work outs but she's afraid she'll get muscular. So I've been looking at kettlebell videos for females. Yours is the best. Definitely not a sissy work out. Calorie burn and fitness is what we're after. Thanks for posting your vids.
