what I find amazing is the talent that sits in awe of Nanci singing this powerful song. Rodney Crowell, Lyle Lovett, Guy Clark, Emmylou, Steve Earle, I am sure I missed a couple. Fantastic.

Haunting . . .this is song writing at its best . I sometimes do the number at gigs - (depending on the audience ! ) Tonight I was really pleased when a local musician came in the gig and asked me to send him an E mail of it . THe guys a great singer and it will be in his repetoire soon ! Ya cant keep a class song down !
