Ρουμάνικη ραψωδία (Σόλο βιολί: Damian Dudu)

George Enescu in his "Romanian Rhapsody No. 1 in A major, op. 11" (1901) was inspired and used/borowed -among other melodies- the tunes "Hora lui Dobrică" by Grigoraș Dinicu and "Ciocârlia" composed by Angheluș Dinicu and best known in the version made by his grandson Grigoraș Dinicu that we hear in this solo by Damian Dudu.

Ο George Enescu στο έργο του "Romanian Rhapsody No. 1 in A major, op. 11" (1901) εμπνεύστηκε και χρησιμοποίησε -μεταξύ άλλων- τις μελωδίες "Hora lui Dobrică" του Grigoraș Dinicu και "Ciocârlia" του Angheluș Dinicu που έγινε περισσότερο γνωστό μέσα από την διασκευή του εγγονού του, Grigoraș Dinicu, και αυτά είναι που ακούμε σε αυτό το σόλο του Damian Dudu.

Mai oameni buni. Inainte de a va avinta in laude a la 'cit de frumos cinta Dudu Ciocirlia de Enescu' aflati ca ce cinta el nu e Ciocirlia si nu e de Enescu. Este Hora lui Dobrica de Grigoras Dinicu. Enescu a imprumutat deva din piesa si a integrat-o in Rapsodia Romana opus 11 in La Major.

@oneoctavelow Thank you very much for the information, my friend, I wasn't aware of the piece, so I chose to put as a title what was written in the broadcast. So now if I'm not mistaken according to what you're saying the original piece is Hora lui Dobrica by Grigoras Dinicu which was later used/borrowed by George Enescu in his "Rapsodia Romana opus 11 in La Major" and this is what this violinist is playing.

Am I right?
