INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

2 Cups of Mashed Potato
1 Egg (Lightly Beaten)
6 Tablespoons of Plain Flour
1/4 Cup of Milk
Salt and Pepper


Makes 12 Pancakes (or about 30 mini pancakes)

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 2 minutes


ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC
(Look up Google for a conversion chart if using Imperial)

  • Interesting. I think I'll use this recipe as the base for Bubble & Squeek. Though I had mashed pumpkin and the corn,peas and carrot mix as well. Though I have trouble holding together the way I did it
