ya left arm breaks down try to keep it out with just a little bend in it and your trail trail leg should stay straight and use it to swing up to your top hand. to do that there are three places you should look first the box then to your left hand and then your top hand and make sure you get that trail leg to that top hand and you will clear way higher heights and get on bigger poles if you do thos things

you need to keep your lower arm straight, it collapsed on your plant, like it does for a lot of vaulters. Also, it seems like your turn was incomplete. You were really sideways when you were horizantal and went over, you should be completely turned over before you get over

Your plant was quite good, very tall and upright, though slightly outside (at least not inside).
You trail leg tucks up behind you immediately after take off, instead of staying nice and long while swinging to up to inverted. Work on that and you will see big improvements. That was a nice jump btw. Also: Keep the pole in line with your body when you are in the I position upside down. You did a good job getting upside down, so yo deserve to come straight off the top of that pole! keep it up
