I've recorded a video of a dead Otis, that was broken for THREE MONTHS at recording! Can't prove the initial attempt (video too short, and dumb me, axed it), but I'm going bak late next month, soo if it's still dead. This example does not surprise me, nor would the 6-month mark of that Otis being dead Lexan Era).
