I love this commercial...I love the sentiment, but I really detest how its for coffee, and not something towards awareness, maybe for girls, or self-esteem, maybe it would have better suited a Dove ad instead of coffee. That's just my opinion. But this little girl made me smile.

Most commercials seem to be unrelated to the product advertised.

They're merely attention getters..this one is wonderful in that direction...

It is called the Maxwell House commercial..so maybe it's effective.

I think it's supposed to be like cat pictures, they're really there to brighten your day. At the beginning they say 'instead of watching... [an] ad" here's this message on optimism. It's one of those universal messages to love yourself and just embrace life. To bring it back to the coffee theme you get the great anecdote of a cup half full. Done.
