Is it so warm in Greece that they can wear t-shirts?

This world is so fucking corrupt it's ridiculous. I think almost everything should just be run from a local level. Every city should have it's own damn currency that's based on something that's actually valuable. I see no other solutions anymore.

@vincentca2004 yup. I told my dad yesterday that they keep pushing government farther and farther away from the individual in order to make you feel powerless. I should be able to go down to my city hall and make some shit happen that actually matter or even just on the state level.

Italy and Germany during WW2 walked into the Central Greek Banks, with no Greek representative their, and took a Loan. At a mild 3% interest Germany owes Greece 60 Billion, at a harder interest rate it would be double that. I have stated that if Germany paid back its repatriation fee to Greece, which it never did, they could help themselves.
Bit late now, your Goverment has been gobbled up by Mrs. Merkel, Germany. Italy has also been gobbled up by Germany. Wake up all!!

@stiglaa "Germany and France should be ashamed of themselves." You're right about that. What has Greece ever done to Germany? But Germany to Greece? Plenty (likely more than you realize). Murdered innocent Greeks in WW2 (even children), 800,000 Greeks starved to death because of them also, putting the death toll in the millions. Then Germany stole ALL of Greece's gold from their reserves - and NEVER gave it back. Also, no nation has defaulted more times than Germany in the 20th century.
@TVCreed
Yup, he wanted to introduce the African Dinar, a stable currency backed 100% by gold. The IMF knew they could never compete with a real currency, not monopoly money like the USD or the Euro, so they just eliminated the competition.
