one should not worship swami maharaj or any other god expecting that they will perform some miracles for us. For the miracles to happen with a person one has to be dedicated in his bhakti,has to follow his teachings and be grateful to him for what he has given us.

It's perfectly alight to have doubts about a particular god. No god wants us to worship him with doubts in our minds.Miracles may or may not happen with us but still we worship gods. I worship swami maharaj since I was a kid. When you feel anxious, depress or despondent I do his namasmaran and I feel tranquil.
