None of those changes should happen besides the ones you showed in Palestine and Kurdistan...however if Kurdistan unites it should join Greater Iran in an autonomous union.

Kurds are an Indo-Iranian people, and I think Kurdistan would be safer and more economically viable if it was either united or in alliance with a Democratic and free Iran. Kurds and Persians have been brothers for tens of thousands of years, since Ariana and later the Medes and Parsu.
