Are YOU ready? Well here it is, oh wise one. Are you ready? There is no "thinker". There's nothing to watch, because it's not there. The thoughts are there, yes. And it is wise to step away from them and observe, rather than getting trapped in the psychic energy of them, which too frequently causes discord and discontent. But there is no "thinker". That's merely a fabrication of mind that has no reality. Just thought I'd fill you in.

When you asked me to 'think about thinking' there was no gap ... instead of now thinking about my daily life, past or future or other such stuff, the mind got instantly busy with thoughts on the lines or ... hmm ... what is my next thought going to be, why can't I think of something, oh yeah I am thinking of thinking something. Isn't that thinking too? Or should I file that as a 'gap' in thinking?

Eckhart says that wathcing your thoughts is the first step.
I wonder is there any second step and final step?
Or do we just need to watch them and unidentify from them?
Tolle also talks about portals. Does this count as a portal?
If not, then what is the difference??
