Today marks the 100th day since the Deepwater Horizon oil rig exploded and sank into the Gulf of Mexico, causing the worst environmental disaster this country has ever seen. The federal government has now announced that they will be launching a criminal probe into what happened on that rig, and Mike Papantonio appears on MSNBC's The Ed Show to discuss what that might mean for the pending lawsuits against BP.
