for a victimless crime like dis, for just 6 dollars, and considerin da paperwork needed for dis and da driving to juvie, and da contacting of parents, dis could easily take 2 hours for arrestin dis kid. waste of time and money. they payin cops to do dis when there r way worse criminals out there. for god's sake, he took 6 dollars. in some states, cops cant arrest u unless u took $200 or more worth of goods. if less, the only thing cops can do is contact parents.
