No there are about 300 individual SMD LEDs. They are about 20 lumens each. So they produce as much light as headlights, but because they are unfocused, alot of usable output is lost.

@J0ttis The are custom made. I solder about 300 smd leds behind the oem rings. So if you know how to take apart your headlight housing, then yes you can make these.
