White Taiyaki Japanaese pound cake タイヤキ 白いタイヤキ たいやき 鯛焼き

Some of you know what Taiyaki is. It's like Japanese typical pound cake which has sweet azuki beans paste inside and it shapes like 鯛(Tai) fish. I found something new Taiyaki and it seems like it's been popular in Japan. It's white colored. To me it's very strange to see it with white colored because it usually gets more brownish... Why are people making long line to get it? I thought It must have some good reason( it must be good taste!!). So why don't I get my ass up and get in line? Then I had to be in that line for about forty minutes. And I finally got it!! Let's see how it tastes like!!

White taiyaki has been spreading around Japan so you will be able to find it someday. Kantou & Kansai area, both are available for sure.

I think もちもち is like springy, bouncy, rubbery, or spongy. (Probably not a real word xD). I think it'd be something that's really chewy and spongy in the context.
