Adobe Premiere 2.0. I filmed myself with a static camera 3 times and overlayed the images. The zoom outs were done digitally in post-production, hence the lack of resolution in the beginning shots!!

Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0. Basically it's a static shot with a few masks and the footage laid over... no motion control so the camera zoom outs were all done digitally, hence the loss of resolution on the close ups!!
