well you might not need a new screen...your graphics card might be set on a zoom because it is looking like a very pixelated image...if your image is zoomed in by a hundred percent then the image will look exactly like that...
find out how to pop off the cover with a screw driver and try pressing the wires back in behind the screen. that fixed mine. and it was almost exactly like yours.
