2. But that was the implication. If it was local pastors that helped people in need, you should support community-based organizations, religion not required.

prayer is indeed useless. Rick Perry and thousands prayed for rain, they got some of the worst wildfires in that state's history. Prayer doesn't work. As for the leaders of churches that apparently helped people not commit suicide (I'm not convinced anyway, think you're pulling this out of your ass) wasn't God's doing. It was the support of the community that helped those individuals.
Also, telling me to fuck off isn't very Christian of you, brother.

@AngilasGuy Oh, my bad. I guess the religious influence of the father of ladder 6 during 911 that saved a woman's life and many others is COMPLETELY useless. I guess when there were millions of people that prayed, calming down their children and all others during 911, it was COMPLETELY useless, even though it did help millions. And also, all the fathers, as in the leaders of a Christian church that helped millions of people NOT commit suicide after what happened were COMPLETELY useless. Fuck you

It is. Beliefs inform our actions. In the extremist mindset, their actions were justified. Just like a Christian praying for their offspring to get better instead of going to get medical attention is justified by their worldview. Religion is useless garbage, a safety blanket for adults.
