Water from the swollen Mississippi River has gushed through a floodgate for the first time in decades and headed toward thousands of homes and farmland in the Cajun countryside, threatening to submerge the land under deep water. (May 14)

Janet Napolitano and FEMA are waiting for this flood by design. The DHS did the oil spill and Katrina, they LOVE using Louisiana to steal taxpayer cash and waste it friviously. Engineered natural disaters are the new game.
