it isnt, you should probably learn that videos that may have less stimulating imagery and feature less complex animation techniques do not necessarily be of worse qualitiy, for the things happening in this cartoon are, in my eyes, very fascinating and catch the state of being half-awake, which i know and experience often, in a surprisingly accurate way.
