@JdmDRFTkid Sorry to burst your bubble kid, but the Phalanx/centurion (the land based version is the centurion) is a C-RAM. Here is a quote from wikipedia for you "C-RAM or Counter-RAM, is a system used to detect and/or destroy incoming artillery, rockets and mortar rounds in the air before they hit their ground targets".

@JdmDRFTkid C-RAM is a land based version on the Phalanx used for early warning and or destruction of incoming fire....systems are seperate.
