"I laughed out loud at the last bit with Dawkins."
The sad thing is that that wasn't too far off what they actually did to him. Creationists == Lying Quote-miners!

Hahaha, Gordon, that was great. I laughed out loud at the last bit with Dawkins. Keep up the good work.

@DARKKSTAR101 Lol, what I find funny is many scientists, maybe most, believe in aliens yet they rule them out all the time as the best explanation even when normal explanations are not sufficient. Creationists claim the scientists have an anti-supernatural bent and yet they fail to mention they also have an anti-alien bias even though they are the very ones who wish to find them.

Nephilim giants fallen angels come on people read the bible God gave you

I would have paid money to see this, it's clearly a lot more entreating, and it doesn't make you feel sleazy and stupid afterwards.
-
In this version, Richard Dawkins is the one who looks stumped.
Love the last part though, LOL!
-
if only Ben Stein did this version, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A HIT, instead of a flop
-
ben stein should do us all a favor and jump off a cliff.

oh i see. I thought there was something wrong with my connection. good vid though, 5*****

Yes, and some people still claim he does. Pointing out what he actually said, and what Stein asked him to lead him into it, doesn't stop them.
Is this supposed to look like I'm playing it with dial up?

I know, but when I played the video at full frame rate, I ran into 2 problems: (1) the clips were too short, and (2) the lip sync was worse than an old-school ninja movie. So I figured the best way was just to play it at 3 frames/sec.
Any other ideas?

I certainly appreciate the sarcasm. But the Atkins quote was directed directly at Theism, not intelligent design. His voice over was probably not the best choice.

True, and in the parody, his quote was directed a paleocontact, which is the "religion" behind pseudo-archeaology.
But as you noted, these types of analogies will obviously break down at some point.
