Wii Have a Problem

my wii can't connect to the Wii shop channel even though it's only an inch away from the modem. I decide to call the nintendo hotline except theres only an automated voice and I have to wait 4 mins before I can speak to an operator, the only problem is it's a premium rate phone line and 4 mons would cost loads on the phone bill.
PS the voice is very very quiet so you may have to turn it up towards the end

Just buy a fucking wii lan adapter srry but you don't have a wireless router. Get it wired then it would work.

have you connected it to the internet???? if not you can do it in wii option

first go to wii settings go to the 2 page internet make a new wireles connection hope it works for you!!!! if you need more info give me your wii consol number and i will give you mine so i can send you a letter explaining more than i said here.
