Caruso was th greatest of the greatest, no doubt. today, though hs style seems to be to old and there are some who don't understand the genious of Caruso because of that.
next after Caruso are Gigli,Bjorling,Corelli, del Monaco as for true Opera Italian tenor go. I could mention also Mario Lanza-but did not sing in real opera house but only once.
