Thank you, your video gives me a very good understanding and help to do my exersises more exact. My teacher says I got to breath in when moving down, and breath out when moving up. This is confusing to me, as I also do Yoga. As, my breathing is like yours I expand (coming up, stretching) when I breath in, when I pull in, (go down, or pull my arms in) I breath out. I would like to know more about the breathing in the individual posters, is there a general way of understanding?

Thank you Master Gohring. I'm a beginner. Unable to find a class to fit my schedule, I've tried to learn T'ai Chi for quite a while from several videos. All have been interesting, but yours is the most helpful because you stress attention to detail and do not overwhelm the viewer with multiple moves. I believe I can stick with it this time.

Thats because there is different styles. This is Yang style. More for healing and relaxation.

Thank you, I just got my watch band replaced yesterday. I have been going without for about the past three months.
