Not my style of music, but this should of been in the top 10 atleast. I think it's because the Eastern European countries vote for eachother.

I may be a very minute minority who didn't like this. It's far too dated... :S As our most of our bloomin' entries. Throughout the competition I've always felt the UK has been behind the times. SOmetimes if people are feeling nostalgiac they'll vote but clearly this year they weren't. It's SO 70s no wonder people didn't vote. :/

Actually this year, the UK would have come 5th based on the televote.

The jury marked them 23rd (or something like that)

So the jury actually marked the UK DOWN and we came 10th.

@TheCravenCottager The fact that Ireland is in economical trouble doesn't have anything to do with the country "not being able to stand alone" as you put it. The whole economic saga is in fact trans European... it spread from Greece, to Ireland and then to Portugal. Even two of the economic giants of Europe Italy and Spain are not immune. No country can be totally immune to economic collapse... including the USA... and the useless and pointless euro currency doesn't help matters either..
