Sadly, the highest HP car to use our dyno was also the messiest to date. We look forward to the rebuild and the return of this car.

yes any company could put bad tires on a vehicle but, a good company would say oh well its our fault that we wasted money on tires for our bronco 2 then decided to not make the bronco 2 and use the tires on a ford explorer even though the manufacturer said not to.

@MrRoush360 im not comparing rollover rates or likeliness, and im not being disrepectful chill, no need for names here tryin to have a civil conversation. i was saying forddecided to put tires on a vehicle that they were not designed for in the first place, like putting a little cavalier tire on a camaro, or a ranger tire on a f150. they deliberatley put the tires on the explorers and caused accidents because of it.

@AAN460 and aan460 i was not aware of this mistake, i dont keep up with the votl but it is a great disspapoint, hope nobody was killed and it was notice by the dealers! thats just rediculous i do agree.

@baraz96 nothing chevy built a blazer which was more likly to roll over then explorer. tire blows out hold steering wheel stright let of gas slowly come to stop. any company could have put bad tires on their cars. fuck face

Baraz, bad tires doesn't even compare to the recent recall of the Chevrolet Volts that left the factory without brake pads..

yeah ford also put firestones tires that were for the bronco 2s that were bad on the explorers and endangered millions of people and cost lives too so whats that say about ford?

sometimes in testing it's just a small leak from a gasket and the oil's hitting the hot heads burning the leaking oil but I feel you..if I poured this much money into a car, I'd be on my P's & Q's lol

i like how the video starts with a clear warning form the dyno shop... nice way to wash your hands...
second.... good dyno experience (not that i have much) tells you to check your oil, and a few temps before fully tuning or fully running a car.... to prevent this kind of mishap...
sadly many ignorant hatters are gonna say things like what im saying on the Tube... but at least i have substance behind it... and if i owned that stang, i would be pissed at both, builder and dyno operator...

@phoenix92xdan No different than the thousands of people who drive there vehicles with severe engine problems. Like Ford 6 liters with bad head gaskets or a bad injector, and they wind up buying a complete motor because they didnt want to break down on the side of the road. People are idiots when it comes to vehicles.

that engine was toast from the start.... it was knocking pretty badly from what i could hear not to mention it was running for a while b4 doing this... wheres the cooling system? oh thats right its a drag car it dosent have 1....... the fan was mis placed shouldve been in the front blowing on that engine........ not on the fucking tire..... its sad to see that shit
