I'm from Alabama. Yes, i have a southern accent but it doesn't mean I'm dumb. Here are some facts about Southerners.

1. Black people and White people get along ( yes there are racist people in the south ,but I'm pretty sure there are racist people in the north also)

2. All of us don't grow up on farms

3. Not everybody wears cowboy hats and cowboy boots (actually nearly no one does)

4. There aren't plantation houses everywhere

5. We go to college

I think that is where people get the "southern hospitatlity" from. What I found in the north is not that people are especially rude or mean, they just don't take that extra step to be helpful. They are on the move. They need to be where they need to be. I also think that

Ahhhhh hold on a minute. Northerners are way hotter than southerners. Have you seen southern states like Mississippi, arkansas, louisiana, and south carolina. They are three things, ignorant, dumb, and extremely obese. Northerners are the complete opposite, we are polite (in some locations like Boston MA they get ticked off pretty quickly so watch out and don't mess with them), extremely smart, and fit. the hottest people are from chicago, Boston, and Philadelphia.
