  • ermerm where is Ruthie on this list?!

  • I didn't have a bootleg recording of her when I made this video.

  • Where did carmen cusack do the show?

  • London, Dublin

  • Whoa, when was the Simon Bowman part recorded? He sounds so different as Valjean than he did as Chris in Miss Saigon.

  • about October 2000

  • Is there any chance you have the full song with John Owen Jones and Kerry Ellis? :3 pleeeease?

  • Kerry Ellis, Joanna Ampil, and Lea Salonga are my three favorite Fantines on your list. Though it sucks that you couldn't find a bootleg of Patti LuPone or Ruthie Henshall. I loved both of them. :(

As for the Jean Valjeans, my favorite is Colm Wilkinson, but Simon Bowman comes in as a close second.

  • John Owen-Jones and Kerry FTW

  • @billyflynn2 No one cares about Ruthie. Completely overrated for this role.

  • In contrast to the Woo-Rock-Growly Kerry, This is so sweet and she sounds so innocent - a nice rendition of the character Fantine.

  • @HappyThoughtsToU LOL @ no. 1

  • eh

  • This is incomplete without Ruthie.

  • 1- Sounded like 2 guys. 2- Nice Classic 3- Nice 4- Nice 5- Alright. 6-There accent were too strong, singing was ok. 7- Amazing, Classic!!! 8-Very Good 9- Not flattering... trying to hard on the high notes! 10-Alright 11-Nice 12-Very Emotional! liked it a lot 13-Very Good! My opinions of course!!
