The car does not make hydrogen from water. You put hydrogen in to it. Hydrogen is made at a so called hydrogen fueling station that uses electricity and salt water to make hydrogen.

Her's a question, and by no means am i an expert on this, so please don't rip me a part for asking. If this car basically uses water to make the hydrogen to run the car, what keeps all this from freezing in sub zero temps?

Nuggit & Wendelin, Here in America we tend to think that politicians can solve every problem...because we produce more lawyers than engineers. There are many, MANY technical problem to overcome with electric cars, hydrogen, etc. You can't legislate technology, no matter what your community organizer tells you.
