Its not the entire dungeon, but rather the boss fights in it.

Yes, I know, what was I thinking putting Dagger in this fight? She can't Trance and her attacks miss 25% of the time (that ends after this dungeon, as well as her hair style).

Also, you don't have to equip Vii with your best stuff for the boss fight.

First off is Zidane, Vivi, Dagger and Amarant against two Red Dragons. Simple fight, just mow them down. Quina can learn Twister from these guys.

Next 'fight' is Eiko vs Zorn and Thorn. You don't do anything here, but they show Eiko's final summon, Madeen, which causes holy damage. You obtain the Ribbon after this fight, and no, this Ribbon doesn't protect you against all status ailments. No, that would make sense.

Afterwards, Kuja talks, does something and Vivi leaves the party for this fight (Eiko takes his spot). Anything that Eiko had on after the Valia Pira fight will be on here and you don't get a chance to update her equipment or abilities.

Now, for the real boss fight: Meltigemini. The creators of this game actually found a way to make those damn jesters even more disturbing looking. What the hell is that? Are those horse legs? Wings? What were they smoking?

Anyway, another quick fight (the prefight dialogue was longer than this). At least this time everyone got a chance to attack. Eiko starts off with Holy for 9999 and Amarant does 'No Mercy,' a strong non-elemental attack. Dagger does 1500 HP damage against a boss. She could also cast Mini since it is weak against it (and a rarity that a boss is weak against a status effect). The reason why Zidane's MP decreased when I attacked is because I had 'MP attack' ability equipped. And Eiko finishes it up with Holy.

Fight's over in three seconds.

Excuse the low quality here. I had to run the recording at low settigs to fight the 100MB limit.

  • That would be a no. Auto-haste and auto-regen are equippable, legal abilities. Also, they are at high levels and I have some of their strongest weapons (Dagger and Amarant). So, no it is not a cheat.

  • I recently played this, I was level 75 with Zidane and 74 with everyone else when I got here.

  • amarant wont step aside for no one if he can he'll walk on top of them lol unless theirs a flying car coming at him but who knows he mite not move for that either

  • This boss reminds me of FF7's Schizo for some reason. They are both two-headed, rather tough, come out of the blue (almost, in this fugly nut case).

  • i made it at lvl 43 ^^

  • Dat thing ugly

  • Amarant just walk through Dagger at 2:10 XD

  • Swt!!! in this part i'm lvl higher than u

  • would it be safe to say ur chars are over lvl 90?

  • hmmm u suppose that they were smoking eh...hmmm. J FTW!!!!! !:PPP nah, i think that meltigemmini made clear why final fantasy was called final fantasy
