You saw my med list. The Cariologist is preparing a card, that I can carry wit me. I also carry a card to alert the EMS about my pacemaker and defibulator .

awesome!!! I need to get one for each of my parents. Currently mom keeps a blue notebook in her purse with dad's and her own medical history
has come in very handy when we had to call 911 for dad and mom was already in the hospital
