  • so the only differnce between this and a secret ballot is that with this everyone sees how ppl vote. So the spineless pussy slaves to the nazi management who vote no can be ostracized, harrased and intimidated by all of us who want the union?

  • look at the comments union extortionist thugs!People are not buying your Orwellian Big Lies!

  • We don't need the Employee Free Choice Act. It actually limits choice and creates intimidation by untrustworthy unions, who only want to line their pockets. Union bosses don't work they steal from their members.

  • Both sides of the equation are guilty on rigging and using the government to get what they want...the worker is usually the one who gets screwed. Let the worker have a secret ballot no matter what. That's freedom.

  • "Free Choice" is double speak. With this legislation your employer, your union organizer, and your co-workers will know how a worker votes. Right? If so, what's so "free choice" about that?

  • Except that management rigs elections and intimidates workers. So there really is no 'free choice'.

  • It doesn't negate the secret ballot. You don't understand the first thing about EFCA.

  • I never made real money in a non-unuion job. I doubled my income working union. Teamster union i went from 30k to 60k a year yeh let management tell you that unions are no good........for them

  • The reason why CEO bosses can get bonuses and other benifits is because they are under a contractual agreement . But they are against unions and working people having the same benifits? Its that damn plain and simple.

  • So the majority signs a "card" and then that negates the secret ballot? Sounds Orwelian to me. This is just SEIU propaganda.
