Oh dude you are the best!!!!! My Westy has no cooking stove so I'm going to use your methods. And I'm now thinking of other meals that l could try with my bus. It's just a shame l got rid of the cat on mine. That would have cooked that steak within seconds. The bumber used to get RED hot.

I used to do this back in the 70's, works great with bratwurst and other sausages because they have plenty of fat, (Hmmmmmmm Fat! Doh!).
You get envious looks when you park up and are surrounded with the instant breakfast aroma, (Please dont squash your sausages under the wheels though). I even tried frying eggs on a heat shield, not so good. All good fun but really just find a transport cafe and spend £4 on a full breakfast.
