He always writes down what was good or bad after games and objectives in the future. When he was around 15, since he was small, he wasn't selected as a regular member. That was a massive shock for him. He thought he hadn't got what it takes. However, that experience makes him think that he always has to keep improving.

He was told as a middle schooler that he had no ability...too short and wasn't even able to crack the bench. He convinced himself that he was brilliant.
He is more nervous when he plays well...he expects things to go wrong.
He was not too concerned about being left off the World Cup 2002 team.
