Having read extensively about Addington's history with Cheney and his influence over the Bush Administration's post-9/11 policy regarding torture, I have come to the following conclusions:

1. He has no respect for the Constitution;

2. He thinks of the President (not Bush specifically) as, essentially, a king whose should have no restrictions whatsoever (so why did we fight the Revolution, then?);

3. He is extremely powerful, despite being little-known;

4. He is a war criminal.

Delahunt is a disgrace to our country. How do we continue to elect people of his nature. Publicly favoring al Qaeda over the U.S. He needs to go out with the rest of the trash in Congress.

Bin Laden was once a help to us in Afghanistan to oust the Russians.  He isn't anymore. So we'll find him and kill him.

Ever hear the saying "the enemy of my enemy is my friend?". Furthermore, you seem to forget how the U.S. was also at one point buddy-buddy with Iraq, and look how that turned out.

Both Addington and John Yoo have repeatedly demonstrated in both their statements and legal opinions their contempt for the rule of law. It's because of this man in particular that we had the government wiretapping American citizens without their knowledge, among MANY other abuses.
