[28-Apr-2010] Honda became the world's first carmaker to put a fuel cell car on the road, delivering the Honda FCX to fleet users in the US and Japan in 2002. Now, the company introduces a fuel cell electric vehicle that delivers superior environmental performance and is fun to drive: the FCX Clarity.

Hmmm:
Fuel Capacity / Tank Pressure 3.92 kg @ 5000psi
Miles-Per-Kilogram (City/Highway/Combined) 60 / 60 / 60
Driving Range 240
Curb Weight (lbs.) 3582
It costs me about £10 per 100 miles in Diesel in my present vehicle, not that much difference..??
I get 400 miles for 40 quid, BUT only 240 with 40 quids worth of Hydrogen??? Pha!! HUMBUG!!
PLUS your carrying a potential bomb on board with you, not my cup of tea.
DREAM ON GUYS

Stored hydrogen needs special containers = expencive + how much will the fuel cost, as seen here it was nearly 10 euros a Kilo, how many Kilos does it take to "fill her up"?
Were all lost in a dream world, trying to hang on to an impossible dream...

I drove this car four times over three days at the National Hydrogen Conferance in LongBeach California, May 3-5th. It was a dream to drive. Smooth pickup and acceleration, get performance and cornering. This is a solution to providing the needs Americans need today to stop our oil addition. The recent BP oil leak demonstrates why we need to get these cars into the American Mass market as soon as possible.
