  • Best version of this song.

  • I'd never heard the origonal before, it's so very...very bland in comparison.

It's rather a shame they didn't make more serious music...well more in general.

  • @Pook365 Have a listen to Paul McDermott singing "Heard it hrough the Grapevine" You'll love it!

  • Paul is the best aussie showman EVER!

  • @NJSMKMMS Richard went to work at the ABC for years.

  • @NJSMKMMS Richard lives in Brisbane with his wife (the Asian news reader from DAAS Kapital) and their two kids and is a radio presenter and vocal Australian Republican. :) He also did a guest spot on GNW.

  • I agree that was the best version!

  • I have seen these guys live a few years back, and after listening to the song it brought right back there. I had goosebumps.

  • the other guy was a kgb spy who now works in africa entertaining reformed ruandan child warriors, with such classics as this lovely song and they laugh and laugh !!!

  • How clean cut is Paul compared to this now. Tim always was......................what ever happened to the other guy?

  • Love Hunters & Collectors version but i'm sorry D.A.A.S is the best version.

  • The original is only available on vinyl 7" circa 1983. the first verse repeats twice and I have never seen it on You Tube.
