I'm confused, was this video about the 2nd amendment or a flaw with the 'no fly list'? And being on that list is not why that 5 yr old can't purchase a gun. It's you have to be 18-21 to buy a gun, depending on which state you live in.

It just makes the point that if your on the list you cannot buy a gun. So completely innocent people will be denied the right to purchase a gun.

Did i hear this correctly, Eric Holder states that this 5 year old boy is NOT part of the American family and DOES NOT deserve his rights ? Does this statement in it self piss anyone else off ? No one should have the right to decide who is good and who is not. Who should be able to defend their self and who shouldn't. We are all humans and every single one of us have the will to do what ever we so choose. Now persons that have been convicted of a felony then maybe that's an exception. The government is becoming more idiotic each and every day. We have the Amendments for a reason. They were put into play before our existence so noone has any right what so ever to change that.

While I am against gun control and I think that guns should stay legal, I find the arguments conservatives use to support it to be hilarious. They scream "ARGH! THEY TAKE OUR GUNS AWAY AND WE CANT DEFEND OURSELVES FROM THUGS, THIEVES AND GANGSTERS!" as if every member of the NRA moonlights as The fucking Punisher or something lol.
