This was a cartoon that last only a few season in the early 90's, Alex Winters and Keanu Reeves did the voices, its a classic cartoon back in my days. It was in the morning cartoons on CBS , then moved to fox kids in season 2.

    It was for the first season. When Fox/DIC (Do It Cheap) did the second season of the show, they cut corners everywhere to reduce the costs and got new voices for the leads.

    They did. But this one is surprisingly good. For starters, they actually got the actors to do the voices themselves. Even George Carlin!
