A video I'd wanted to shoot for a while to my remix of 'I Need A Dollar'. Finally had a moment where I decided to just make it happen and hollered at my boy from school, Raheem Bakare, to get it done. We had no budget for it, just a camera and some friends we could call upon for favours to play characters etc. Obviously in true BlueyRobinsonTV fashion, this was all shot guerilla style! So thank you to the by passers and strangers who were willing to get involved! Took me and Raheem 3 days going back and forth of editing to finish it. But I'm very proud of it. I've been coming back to this tracks for a few weeks now.. Voice is amazing and I think the lyrics improve upon the original, which I honestly find very rare. Video is awesome too, it grasps the feel of the track and I like the way it's shot and edited, nice use of soft focus etc. Great job!
