Look at how the DA's office trains its Deputy DAs. These people work for us...the citizens of Santa Clara County. We need a new administration that seeks justice and eliminates the "Win at all costs" mentality.

Congratulations! Today is the dawn of a new day for justice in Santa Clara County!! Now it's time to remove DA's who break the rules and eliminate the extortion tactics used by the previous administration. From now on when a Deputy DA stands up in court and says your honor: "the people" they must remember the "people" are the citizens of Santa Clara County not "MoonRocks!" And the "people" of Santa Clara County expect our DA's act ethically in fulfilling their duties!

Please post the full training video. Only then can we, as voters, judge for ourselves whether the comments require our action or were taken out of context for a cheap political trick. For now, I consider this a cheap political trick.

When DA's and criminal defense attorneys agree that judges don't know the law, I wonder which anonymous SCCitizens are so defensive of judges. Maybe the are the South Carolina citizens. I doubt these SCCitizens have ever seen a courtroom.

IMHO ... This video is a cheap political hit that tries to take advantage of liberal's basic hostility towards law enforcement. We know from personal experience that often judges don't know the law. The judgie offered me drug rehab, thankfully the DA dropped the charges! I get codiene and pot prescriptions from the same doctor for serious pain. Should I just quit all pain relievers and just tough it out? Dumbass judge...
