i love your video i am exspecting twin girls and i am wanting to breast feed them you make this alot more reasuring for me that it can be done and does get easier. i did breast feed my 2 and half year old and love the exsperiance and the bonding time with him. i am wanting the same with my twins but scared that i wont be able to do due to not enought milk. what advice would you give. thanks

I am 5.5 mths now and still EBF. I think what has helped me the most is to keep them on a schedule of every 3 hrs to nurse. I still nurse them 5 x's a day and pump 2x a day and at 10 - they get a dream feed of EBM. I have had minimal trouble with supply. Please be patient with yourself and confident in your body. It will know you have to make more milk as the demand will be more. Milk production is based on how much they nurse. If you nurse more frequently you will make more milk.
